La finca is located in the north of the Rincon de la vieja volcan, it's home to 18.000 trinitario cacao trees, genetically chosen in accordance with C.A.T.I.E., in order to succesfully grow our cacao which is strong in aroma and flavor, fit for the production of the highest quality cacao and chocolates.

Certified organic in its totality since 2020.

Beside this we are more, we are biodynamic.

Here is where we start the post harvest process. Where once we select the cacao fruit, we then begin to open the pods and grains start the fermentation process.Once fermentation is complete, we begin the drying process in our greenhouse.
